The following items are special precautions.
1 We request that subcontractors in all phases comply with the following:
-
1) Appointment and assignment of General Safety and Health Supervisor and Principal Safety and Health Manager. *for applicable construction sites only ※1
-
2) Thorough inter-work communication and coordination. *for applicable construction sites only ※1
-
3) Ensuring the safety of third parties in the construction of transmission lines and in transportation on public roads. ※1
・Thoroughly conduct risk assessment of time constraints for construction plans such as handhole installation subject to road restrictions. -
4) Ensuring safety measures and awareness in mountainous areas such as during sourcing surveys.
-
5) Acceptance of RENOVA visiting subcontractors headquarter to check the status of safety guidance and safety systems, etc.
-
6) Pre-submission of organization chart and construction plan for the construction work to be performed.
-
7) Prohibition of use for other purposes. (Ensure that appropriate tools and protective equipment are used when cutting cables)
-
-
2 RENOVA will check the construction plan in advance and confirm the performance of HSE in the construction.
-
-
RENOVA will strive to ensure that everyone in every business location can work in a healthy and safe manner and contribute to coexistence with the Earth.
The following items are special precautions.
-
1 The target audience are all executives and employees, and all parties entering the site under development, construction, or O&M.
-
-
RENOVA will continue to prevent accidents from occurring by detecting site irregularity and their signs during all phases, from development and construction to O&M.
The following items are special precautions. We ask for the understanding and support of all cooperating companies in each phase.
-
1 We do not miss the signs, suspecting irregularity in the site from various angles and continue to share the information internally with SPC and RENOVA until the true nature of the irregularity is clarified.
-
2 Drilling geothermal wells and installing wind met masts during the development phase are also construction work. Therefore, the same level of safety as construction work is required.
-
3 Bush mowing operations under normal conditions and restoration operations such as landslides caused by heavy rains, etc. during O&M phase also require that necessary safety measures be taken against the hazards contained in each.
-
4 We make sure that everyone is aware of the recent high risk of bears appearing at sites in development phase, and we also provide the necessary equipment and training. ※2
-
5 We understand that using a fire extinguisher is a temporary measure until the fire brigade arrives, so we always call 119 immediately at this point.
-
-
RENOVA will strive to minimize damage, placing the highest priority on human life in the event of an accident or trouble, and at the same time, will strive to share information accurately and promptly.
The following items are special precautions. We ask for the understanding and support of all cooperating companies in each phase.
-
1 In the event of an accident or trouble, an emergency contact and response system will be operated with a fixed route from the site to RENOVA's headquarter. RENOVA will ensure its checking, maintenance and training.
-
2 We share accident and trouble cases within the company in a prompt and timely manner to prevent similar accidents from occurring.
-
3 If an absence injury has occurred or is likely to occur, it must be promptly reported to the President of RENOVA.
-
-
RENOVA will continue to apply the lessons learned from accidents and troubles without letting them fade away.
The following items are special precautions. We ask for the understanding and support of all cooperating companies in each phase.
-
1 We disseminate lessons learned through safety education.
-
2 We monitor the indicators of our Sustainable HSE Execution Policy on a quarterly basis to ensure continued management and incorporation into the next year's strategy.
-
3 Management members will take the initiative in conducting HSE audit patrols at all sites, regardless of development, construction, or O&M phases.
