The pile-driving is progressing smoothly.

Construction work has begun in earnest, and “pile-driving”, which is part of the foundational work, is being carried out while paying attention to heat stroke countermeasures. The daytime temperature continues to be extremely hot, with temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius.
The power generation facilities, including boilers, which are the heart of biomass power plants, will be installed on top of the piles. Since these power generation facilities are made up of multiple massive structures, it is necessary to embed substantial pillars deep into the hard ground to support the equipment in a stable way, even on soft ground near the coast.
