Our employee participated as a lecturer in the “Let’s Listen to Professionals” event hosted by Saga Nishi High School in Saga Prefecture.

Saga Nishi High School conducts research on social issues based on the SDGs. About 40 first-year high school students who are considering entering a school of science, engineering, or agriculture, or who are interested in other energy and environmental issues, participated in the online program.

The lecture covered a wide range of topics, including our current jobs and how we came to our choices, as well as how biomass power generation can contribute to decarbonization.

After the lecture, students commented that the lecture was helpful for their career paths and that they were struck by the lecturer’s words, “The renewable energy business is a job I can take to heart.
