May 2019: Work is underway to construct the wall-shaped foundations that will support the steel fuel tanks. The tank foundations are 80cm thick, made from tubular reinforced concrete with a diameter of 30cm, and 19m in height. Great care is being taken in carrying out work at an elevated height.
