On October 8th, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at the construction site of Ishinomaki Hibarino Biomass.
In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we restricted the number of attendees as we prayed for the safety of the construction work,

including the groundbreaking ceremony and Tamagushi ritual.
