A geothermal resource survey for fiscal year 2022 has begun in the Esan area of Hakodate, Hokkaido, and all concerned prayed for the safety of the survey.

The aim is to secure a reduction well in this fiscal year’s survey.
A drilling rig has been delivered to the site, and drilling will begin on June 11, 24 hours a day, to a depth of 2,300 meters.
