Groupwide team building events

All Hands Meeting

Held monthly, All Hands Meetings are hybrid of on-site and online meetings that bring together domestic sites and overseas offices and that serve as an opportunity for sharing with all employees important information about group strategies, businesses and sites.

One Hour, One Draw

Held approximately every other month, One Hour, One Draw is an event held in an office conference room, usually on a Friday evening, where employees come together for a drink and a bite to eat. Employees with something interesting to say are invited as speakers and employees who are interested in listening to them come to the event. Directors do not attend these events, in principle (they just subsidize the food).
Through a range of topics covering matters of general public interest and private matters, employees network with each other and get to know and understand each other better.

Foundation anniversary ceremony

The ceremony is held in the first half of every year to coincide with May 30 (Zero Waste Day), which is the anniversary of RENOVA’s foundation. All employees, including those at overseas offices, gather together, to visit business sites, reflect on RENOVA’s philosophy and history, and take part in activities designed to get employees to know each other better.

Company-wide meeting

Held in winter every year, the meeting brings together all employees, including those at overseas offices, to reflect on the progress of strategies throughout the year, and renew determination ready for the new year. Employees engage in group work to tackle big groupwide problems and engage in frank dialogue, and there are groupwide social events after the meeting (end-of-year parties or new year parties).

Other

  • ・Subsidized club activities (tennis, golf, basketball, haiku, BBQ, information exchange on the table, etc.)
  • ・Employee lunch subsidies (welcome, farewell lunches, etc.)
